Stickhandling:

Box Stickhandling- place 4 cones in a box in front of you. Stickhandle around each of the 4 corners without moving your feet. Remember to slide your bottom hand. If it's too easy then make the box bigger and reach farther. Repeat 10 times.

Box Figure-8- using the same box do a figure 8 around the two pucks closest to you and then around the top two pucks. Repeat 10 times.

3 Puck Loop & Slalom- place 3 pucks in front of you. Do a loop around the first puck then around the first two pucks and then all 3 pucks and finish with a slalom the top and back to the start. Repeat 10 times (5 times forehand to backhand and 5 times backhand to forehand).
